🚀 We're Hiring: B2B Outreach Expert

📍 Chittagong, Bangladesh | Full-time, In-house | Sun–Thu | No WFH

BenWil Marketing Agency helps small businesses across the US, UK, and Bangladesh grow through SEO and Google Ads. We're a small, fast-paced, creative team, and we're looking for someone who loves the hunt and wants their income to move with their results.

This is a sales-and-growth role, not a technical one. Our delivery team handles execution. You'll own outreach and conversations.

🎯 What you'll do

• Generate leads across LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Reddit, forums, and Discord/Slack communities
• Run outreach & build referral/sponsorship partnerships with coaches, influencers, and content creators
• Write clear, persuasive, native-sounding proposals, cold DMs, and outreach emails
• Do quick prospect audits (Google Business Profile, SEO, or Ads) - we'll train you
• Build local partnerships in Bangladesh (web developers, event sponsorships, referral sources)
• Track your pipeline in a simple CRM or sheet
• Hand off closed clients cleanly to the delivery team
• Hit monthly targets for qualified leads and closed deals

✅ What you bring

• Excellent written and spoken English - the #1 requirement
• A genuine interest in sales - outreach, follow-up, and closing energize you.
• Basic understanding of SEO and/or Google Ads - willingness to learn fast matters more than deep expertise
• Self-starter attitude - you can plan your week and chase leads without hand-holding
• Comfortable with everyday tools - Google Sheets, email, social platforms, basic CRMs

💰 Compensation

• Salary: BDT 15,000–20,000
• Plus 2x festive bonus
• Performance bonus.
