B2B Field Sales - Job Marketplace

A leading job marketplace is looking for a B2B Field Sales Specialist to grow their base of employer, factory, HR team and recruitment agency clients through direct field sales.

This is a hunting role built for someone who wants to build a market from the ground up through cold visits, live demos and hands-on relationship management, not someone waiting on inbound leads.

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients including employers, factories, HR teams and manpower/recruitment agencies


• Conduct frequent offline field cold visits to meet decision-makers, run on-site product demos and present our hiring solutions


• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals against monthly and quarterly sales targets


• Collect client compliance documents (trade license, office photos, etc.) and coordinate with internal teams for client audit before job post activation


• Maintain client relationships to drive satisfaction and contract renewals


• Work with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to each client's actual needs


• Update client information, visit logs and the sales pipeline in CRM daily

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; strong sales experience can substitute


• 1-3 years of B2B field sales experience, specifically within an online job marketplace, classifieds platform, or similar digital listings business


• Titles like Corporate Sales Executive, Field Sales Officer, or Territory Sales Officer at a job marketplace or classifieds platform


• Hands-on experience with CRM tools for daily sales tracking


• Strong drive for sales results, comfortable with high-volume offline field visits

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing local connections with factories, enterprises or manpower agencies


• Experience selling subscription or recurring-listing products, not just one-time placements

Location: Dhaka (office-based, with frequent offline field visits)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: BDT 30,000-50,000 (based on experience)
