Role Description The AXON Dynamics Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution for robotics and space systems, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet delivery timelines and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing expediting activities, tracking materials and components, coordinating inspections, and ensuring logistics operations support project milestones. The Project Manager will monitor project risks, maintain documentation, report on progress to stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in project workflows. This role collaborates closely with engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations teams to ensure timely deployment of Axon Dynamics solutions.
Qualifications

• Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Knowledge of Inspection procedures and quality control methods in industrial or technical environments.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of shipments, inventory tracking, and vendor follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience managing technical or industrial projects, ideally in robotics, aerospace, manufacturing, or defense.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management.
• Comfort with project management and collaboration tools, and willingness to adapt to new systems.
• Professional communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an asset.
