Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Automation Specialist role based in Dinajpur. The Automation Specialist will design, implement, and maintain process automation solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and quality across production lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and monitoring automated systems, identifying and resolving equipment and software issues, and collaborating with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize workflows. The role involves developing and executing test cases for new or updated automation logic, documenting system changes, and ensuring that solutions align with safety and compliance standards. The Automation Specialist will also support continuous improvement projects by analyzing performance data and recommending enhancements to existing automation setups.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Automation and Process Automation to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting automated systems and equipment, with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
• Experience creating and executing Test Cases, including validation of automation logic and system performance before deployment.
• Background in Quality Assurance, ensuring automated processes meet quality standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, sensors, and related automation technologies is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and process diagrams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability and safety.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial operations in a similar role is an advantage.
