Job Description
📢 We’re Hiring | Audit Officer
📍 Location: Karnaphuli EPZ, Chattogram
Naturub Accessories Bangladesh (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Audit Team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Review monthly bank reconciliation with company ledger and bank statements.
Review commercial, marketing, production, good box, and staff incentive payments before processing.
Verify payment vouchers and supporting documents in DMS.
Conduct fortnightly cash reconciliation and quarterly physical cash verification.
Verify fuel/gas consumption reports with GPS records.
Review customer returns and replacements and prepare reports.
Perform daily job cancellation and write-off checks in the INS system.
Verify marketing customer/salesperson name changes and credit notes.
Identify marketing delivery delays and overdue deliveries.
Participate in annual stock verification.
Conduct planned surprise section visits and prepare reports.
Check daily tally sheets and approve gate passes.
Perform daily DMS checks and coordinate with Procurement for issue resolution.
Conduct risk assessment and internal control reviews.
Perform other tasks assigned by Management.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in Audit, Accounts, or Finance.
Strong knowledge of internal audit, compliance, risk assessment, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Good communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a manufacturing or EPZ environment will be an added advantage.
