Audit Booking Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Coordinator to provide organizational support to our Supply Chain Management team. We offer you insight into the management side of a third-party audit and verification firm that serves market-leading companies. You can expect to work independently and apply the skills you’ve learned day in and day out at a company that lives and promotes sustainability every day.

Leadership & Sustainability is a service provider in the field of sustainability. We support clients worldwide on a wide range of projects. We work in the apparel, footwear, and textile industries and are headquartered in Würzburg, Bavaria, Germany.

• Coordinate the end-to-end audit booking process.


• Schedule audits and confirm audit dates with customers, factories, and auditors.


• Maintain accurate booking records and required documentation.


• Allocate auditors based on competency, availability, and client requirements.


• Prepare and distribute Audit Packs to auditors.


• Monitor booking progress and resolve scheduling issues.


• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding audit status.


• Ensure compliance with SOPs, client requirements, and service standards.


• Prepare booking status reports and support continuous process improvement.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.


• 1–2 years of experience in Environmental and Social Audit coordination or related operational functions is preferred.


• Experience with sustainability audit schemes such as SLCP, SMETA, or Higg FEM will be an advantage.


• Knowledge of the Textile, Apparel, and Footwear industry is preferred.


• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.


• Good command of written and spoken English.


• A customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
