Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience. In order to do this, the candidate will build and train an effective team, and effectively incorporate business trends and customer feedback into the training of employees.
Location- Chittagong, BD only
Responsibilities
Deputy Manager – Sales | Key Responsibilities- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage leads, client follow-ups, meetings, and project visits.
- Develop new clients, investors, and business opportunities.
- Negotiate with clients and ensure successful deal closures.
- Maintain updated CRM/ERP records and prepare sales reports.
- Monitor sales pipeline, team performance, and market activities.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, CRM, Legal, and other departments.
- Handle key clients and resolve sales-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum post Graduate from reputed university
- Minimum 4-5+ years' of reputed real estate company experience
- Strong verbal or written communication skills
