- Prepare and implement daily/weekly/monthly cutting plans according to the production plan.
- Ensure cutting targets are achieved within the required time.
- Monitor cutting capacity, manpower, and machine utilization.
- Monitor hourly and daily cutting output, improve cutting efficiency & productivity, reduce re-cutting, rejection, and unnecessary fabric consumption.
- Ensure correct marker preparation according to approved patterns and production requirements & improve marker efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and applicable safety standards.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education:
- Skills: fabric cutting, production management, technical knowledge of garment production, pattern cutting, garment production, creative pattern cutting, productionplanning, garment industry knowledge, production planning
