Aspiration FALUZ Ltd., a growing Real Estate Developer Company, is looking for a motivated and responsible Civil Engineer to join our project team.

We are open to considering candidates for either Site Engineer (Civil) or Assistant Project Manager (Civil) based on their qualifications, experience, and ability to manage construction activities.

Dhaka, Bangladesh — Project Site

🏗️ Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and project management teams.
• Check and monitor construction materials, workmanship, and site quality.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and site records.
• Monitor project progress against the approved schedule.
• Assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities.
• Review drawings and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve site-related issues.
• Measure completed works and assist with quantity verification and contractor bills.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and site discipline.
• Identify construction issues and provide practical solutions in coordination with senior management.
• For the Asst. Project Manager level, the candidate will additionally assist in overall project planning, coordination, progress monitoring, cost control, and team management.

🎓 Educational Qualification

• B.Sc./Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Candidates with relevant professional training/certification will be preferred.

💼 Experience

• Assistant Project Manager: Preferably 8–10 years of relevant experience in residential building construction/project management.
• Experience in Real Estate Development / Building Construction will be highly preferred.

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of building construction and civil engineering practices.
• Good understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, quantity measurement, and quality control.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned site activities.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, timelines, and professional ethics.
