- Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Customer Account Management: Maintain and manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Order Management: Oversee the entire order process from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
- Sample Coordination: Manage the distribution and tracking of product samples to clients.
- Cross-Functional Support: Work with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance Coordination: Ensure all products meet quality standards before delivery to clients.
- Logistics & Internal Coordination: Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team and enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
- Education: Bachelor in any discipline
