Support merchandising activities for Woven Outerwear, particularly Quilting and Seam Sealing Jackets, from sample development to shipment. Ensure smooth coordination with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to achieve on-time delivery while maintaining required quality and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling Woven Outerwear (Quilting & Seam Sealing Jacket) orders from development to shipment.
- Follow up on sample development (Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, Production).
- Coordinate with buyers and internal teams regarding sample approvals and order updates.
- Maintain and update Time & Action (T&A) plans regularly.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time availability of fabrics, trims, and seam sealing materials.
- Monitor production progress and ensure alignment with approved samples and specifications.
- Support in resolving production and material-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and order records.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure required quality standards are met.
- Ensure on-time shipment by closely tracking production and delivery schedules.
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: technical knowledge of garment production, garment manufacturing, garment production, garment industry knowledge, merchandise planning, apparel sourcing
