- To provide all aspects of development support during the sampling process to vendors, ensuring requirements are achieved.
- To ensure all material development within timeframe & ensure maximum support to the Business Unit for all development aspects from inquiry receiving to before bulk production starts.
- To source all types of fabrics and trims for product development.
- To support Sample, Color Lab dip, Packaging Development & ensure all are correct before bulk production starts.
- To quote prices and negotiate with Vendors to achieve the target provided by the business unit.
- To interact with the Denmark team to get all required approvals within the timeframe.
- To follow up on material & Product testing and act accordingly at the development phase.
- To analyze Vendor Product capability for the right allocation of product development.
- To collaborate in all development issues with the cross-functional Team.
- To work on the Re-source Project & find alternative vendor options.
- To work with internal systems and carry out additional duties or special projects that are assigned by line manager/management.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: supplier development, project support, productdevelopment, fabric sourcing, technical knowledge of garment production, fabric development, product development, textile industry knowledge
