Lal Teer Livestock Development (Bangladesh) Limited a concern of Multimode Group is the first Bangladeshi Research and Development (R & D) based "Livestock Breeding Company" in the private sector. From the very inception LTLD has been working for the improvement of Buffalo and Cattle breed throughout the country. Our R&D includes genetic farm (breeding farm), bull stations, fodder bank and modern semen processing laboratory, as well as improvement of feed, animal health and management technique for smallholder animal farmers including women entrepreneurs. The Bull Station is fully equipped with live bull management and semen production and distribution of frozen semen of dairy, beef cattle and buffaloes which is quality certified by ISO (ISO 9001:2015).

Job Context

The Marketing Manager will lead all marketing activities for bovine and buffalo semen sales across Bangladesh. This role combines field-level marketing and dealer engagement with strong digital marketing leadership — especially Facebook and YouTube content production. The person will develop and execute integrated marketing plans to drive demand, expand market share, strengthen brand positioning, and support nationwide sales operations through coordinated physical and digital campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

Market Development, Sales demand Creation & Support

• Develop Yearly/ Monthly Marketing Plan and conduct different type of campaign
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase semen sales among farmers, AI technicians, dairy owners, and livestock entrepreneurs.
• Participation on Monthly Regional Meeting and R&D Farm meeting
• Identify new geographic markets and support field teams in expansion activities.
• Conduct market analysis on breed demand, semen performance trends, competitor pricing, and market shifts.
• Strengthening relationship with AISP’s for improving farmers adaption for genetic improvement, awareness to increase sales.
  
  

Dealer, Distributor & AI Technician Engagement

• Plan and execute dealer activation programs, retailer support initiatives, and loyalty-building activities.
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops for AI technicians, inseminators, and field staff to increase AISP network.
• Ensure branding materials and promotional tools are utilized effectively across all sales points.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
• Skills: livestock management, animal breeding & genetics, livestock care, brand management & development, animal husbandry, global business development, agribusiness knowledge, rural marketing, market research & analysis
