- Data Management & Reporting: Design, automate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards across Sales, Production, Inventory, and Procurement.
- ERP & Systems Administration: Manage and optimize the company’s ERP/MIS tools, ensuring seamless data flow across retail outlets, factories, and central operations.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics: Analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, production yields, and supply chain bottlenecks to identify trends, operational inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Production, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to streamline data collection processes and enforce data integrity.
- Executive Support: Present structured insights, forecasts, and strategic risk assessments directly to Senior Management.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement system upgrades, data automation pipelines, and standardized KPIs across departments.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in management information systems (mis)
