WE ARE HIRING | ASST. MANAGER – SALES & MARKETING

Harmony Builders Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced professional to join our Sales & Marketing team as Asst. Manager – Sales & Marketing.

JOB LOCATION: Chattogram

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Salary: Tk. 35,000 – 45,000/month
• Sales Commission
• Mobile Bill
• Festival Bonus
• Other facilities as per Labour Law

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and contact potential customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop new customers and convince them to purchase products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analyze market data and provide feedback to maximize sales.
• Expand business networks and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer databases in the CRM system.
• Search for prospects and generate quality leads.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a reputed public or private university.

EXPERIENCE

• 2–3 years of proven experience in the real estate industry.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
