- To make program, sample checking and technical report.
- Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing and coordinating material planning activities for executing laboratory activities.
- Analyze lab data, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
- Follow-up on development samples with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Analytical skills of understanding the dyeing, printing, finishing and washing processes.
- Prepare daily lab reports.
- Check and test the quality of different dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries.
- Evaluate samples received for testing.
- Perform all assigned tests.
- Review final testing data/worksheets.
- Submitting daily status of testing to immediate superior.
- Ensure supplying of updated and corrected TDS, MSDS and other necessary documents of different products (dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries) to clients, sales & marketing team and others. Act as an effective corporate communicator.
- Perform any other task as assigned by the Management time to time.
- Experience: At least 7 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: textile testing, laboratory skills, textile inspection, laboratory management, technical knowledge of garment production, textile industry knowledge, laundry operations, responsibilities, dyeing process, laboratory technicians
