- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from origin to destination, including arranging shipments, booking cargo space, and coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and agents.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for import and export processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to shipments, providing timely and satisfactory solutions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and monitor shipment to ensure on-time shipment.
- Coordinate with Sales – Marketing, Supply Chain & Management.
- Analyze Sales forecast and smooth service with optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly planning reports.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
- Experience: 3-5 years
