Job Context
The role will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end talent acquisition activities to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality talent aligned with upay’s business objectives. The position will work closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, ensure a strong candidate experience, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical, specialized, and future hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, networking, campus recruitment, and other innovative channels.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate assessment and selection processes.
- Manage candidate communication, salary negotiation, offer management, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support employer branding initiatives, campus engagement, career fairs, and other talent attraction activities.
- Maintain recruitment data and prepare regular reports on key Talent Acquisition metrics, hiring progress, and recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensure effective utilization of ATS and other recruitment tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Stay updated on talent market trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging recruitment strategies.
- Experience: At least 6 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: talent acquisition, global talent acquisition, talent acquisition & retention, it recruitment, technical recruiting, technical hiring, recruitment and selection, recruitment and staffing, strategic hiring
