Job Context

Lucerne Cocoa & Chocolate Products Ltd. is looking for a responsible and result-oriented professional for the position of Asst. Manager / Manager – Credit Recovery. The role will be responsible for credit recovery, client payment follow-up, collection of cash/cheques, delivery coordination, and related administrative and legal support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect cash or cheques from clients and ensure timely payment collection.
• Follow up with clients to ensure outstanding payments are received within the agreed timeline.
• Handle payment-related legal actions and coordinate with relevant parties when required.
• Plan product deliveries and supervise the delivery team to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
• Monitor delivery-related activities and resolve operational issues when necessary.
• Provide logistics support and admin-related assistance as required.
• Maintain proper records of collections, outstanding payments, follow-up status, and related activities.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Delivery, HR & Admin, Factory Operations and other relevant departments regarding payment and delivery matters.
• Support emergency operational requirements and take necessary action within assigned authority.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
• Skills: credit management, back office operations, customer liason, administration jobs, crm management, cashmanagement
