Role Overview

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, providing exceptional service, and driving sales to meet established targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Actively source new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and property showings, effectively communicating our value proposition.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships based on trust and respect.
• Sales Reporting: Regularly report to the Team Leader on sales activities, challenges faced, and customer feedback.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about the local real estate market and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
