Position Summary

Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is looking for smart, energetic, and customer-focused candidates for the position of Asst.Executive – Branch Sales. The selected candidates will represent the branch as the front-line sales and consultation expert, ensuring excellent customer service while driving branch sales growth through professional product and treatment communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch sales growth.
• Provide professional consultation regarding skincare products and aesthetic treatment services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and treatments for optimal results.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Promote company campaigns, seasonal offers, and new product launches effectively.
• Maintain branch presentation, discipline, and a professional clinical environment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Prepare and maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with branch management regarding daily operational activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 2 years
• Education: Bachelor/Honors in any discipline
• Skills: Sales, Sales Administration, MS Office
