Associate Relationship Manager /Relationship Manager, Business Development -Employee Banking

BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Retail Banking Division:

Grades : SO-SPO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized support.
• Onboard eligible organizations in the Employee Banking Portfolio with the bank.
• Ensure successful completion of the EB journey for the EB company as well as their employees.
• Driving achievement of business targets in all KPIs, e.g., number of accounts, deposit volume, number of credit cards, loan disbursements and salary disbursements through proper customer management.
• Committed towards delivering consistently high levels of customer service and dealing with customer queries effectively to maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction in line with the bank’s service quality guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the client’s experience with BRAC Bank EB and take necessary action regarding those.
• Generate additional business through cross-selling and upselling.
• Comprehensive market intelligence to recognize market competitors and market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead.
• Managing Internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicating with respective departments to mitigate customer issues.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-Graduation/Graduation from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record.
• At least 5 years of work experience, preferably in Sales/Relationship Management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong and demonstrated knowledge of MS Office.
• Skilled in customer centricity, self-motivated, and capable of adhering to deadlines.
