Associate Graphic Designer

We are searching for an entry-level graphic designer to join our Creative Media team. The associate graphic designer will be an avid learner who will help the Creative team execute design projects effectively by producing quality design materials, managing printing vendors, and assisting content creation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Design: Prepare, submit, and revise design materials (brochures, banners, menu designs, social media posts, signages etc.) according to creative directions and brand guidelines.
• Vendor Management: Communicate with printing vendors, ensure proper quality control of received items, and manage vendor accountability: resolving errors and securing replacements for defective products.
• Print Branding: Oversee and assist printing & pasting projects across NORTH END cafés, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Content Production: Assist in photography and videography sessions.
• Social Media: Assist in managing social media schedules & activities.

Requirements and Skills:

• Graduate with relevant certificates will be preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in graphic design and branding.
• Portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
• Familiarity with design technologies and software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of fundamental design principles including color theory, layout design, and typography.
• Basic knowledge of photography and video production.
• Good communication skills in English.

The Pay Scale:

• BDT 25,000 – BDT 45,000 per month (Based on skillset and experience)
