Associate Architect

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Experience: 2–3 years in a relevant architectural practice

• Develop and execute architectural concepts and design solutions.
• Work on projects from design development through completion.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other project teams.
• Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, interior, and construction-related requirements.
• Review drawings, details, materials, and construction quality.
• Ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Participate in site visits, meetings, and coordination activities.
• Contribute to renovation and addition projects involving existing structures.
• Maintain attention to detail and uphold maison'D Architects' design standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an IAB-accredited university.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles.
• Proficiency in architectural design and documentation.
• Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and local building regulations.
• Good understanding of project coordination and timeline management.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software and modern design tools.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with renovation and addition projects will be considered an advantage.
