Global Process Solutions Ltd. (GPS) is looking for a dynamic, technically competent and customer-focused professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Sales

GPS works closely with pharmaceutical, food and cosmetics manufacturing industries in Bangladesh, providing modern machinery and Engineering solutions along with comprehensive sales and service support.

Assistant Manager – Sales

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through regular customer visit, networking and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Highly self-driven with a strong target-oriented and results-focused mindset.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain professional standards and follow company policies and procedures.

🔹 Requirements

* B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or a relevant engineering discipline.

* Strong interest and experience in technical sales.

* Good understanding of industrial machinery, automation or related technical products will be an advantage.

* Strong customer relationship management and real time problem-solving ability.

* Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and travel for customer visits when required.

* Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and professional reporting.

🔹 Experience • 3-5 years 

* Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, packaging or industrial machinery sector will be preferred.
