Assistant Recruiting Operations Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen CVs according to job requirements.
• Shortlist qualified candidates for different positions.
• Contact candidates and provide necessary job and interview information.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Prepare and publish job circulars on different platforms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in meeting daily/weekly recruitment targets.
• Perform other recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
