• Location of job: STEP Project location, Golapganj, Sylhet
• Nature of Job: Multi-year Project, Fixed Term Contract for One year (Yearly renewable based on performance)

Key Performance Areas And Main Responsibilities

Community Mobilization and Beneficiary Engagement

• Support community entry processes, stakeholder mapping, and community consultations in target areas.
• Assist in identifying and selecting project beneficiaries through participatory and transparent community processes.
• Facilitate community meetings, orientation sessions, and awareness activities related to livelihood and economic resilience.
• Ensure active participation of women, youth, persons with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups in project interventions.
• Maintain regular communication with community leaders, local government representatives, and community-based organizations.
  
  

Livelihood and Economic Empowerment

• Support the implementation of livelihood interventions in accordance with the approved project work plan.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years
• Education: bachelor of development studies (bds-dev)
• Skills: civil society development, ngoss, sosl, international ngos, livelihood assessment, project support, community outreach, community outreach, volunteer management, community engagement & outreach
