Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Critical Path Management
- Strong understanding of T&A (Time & Action) plans specific to denim production.
- Monitor deadlines, identify delays early, and take proactive measures.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to keep processes on track.
- Communicate effectively with buyers and suppliers.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure shipment timelines are met.
- Confident in dealing with international denim clients and factories.
- Drive towards 100% on-time shipments.
- Take ownership of denim orders from development through shipment.
- Resolve production delays, wash/finishing issues, and logistical challenges quickly.
- Stay calm under pressure and make practical decisions.
- Ensure timely management of all approvals (wash standards, lab dips, fit samples, bulk samples).
- Handle multiple denim orders, styles, and suppliers simultaneously without missing deadlines.
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education: textile engineering
- Skills: denim, merchandise planning, technical knowledge of garment production, apparel sourcing, fashion merchandising, garment manufacturing, garment industry knowledge, textile industry knowledge, department management, fabric sourcing
