Job Description
Assistant Production Manager (APM)
- Lead daily production activities to achieve shipment targets.
- Monitor production planning and line efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Merchandising, and Planning teams.
- Ensure product quality and customer compliance.
- Control manpower, machine utilization, and productivity.
- Minimize defects, downtime, and production losses.
- Analyze production reports and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain safety (HSE), 5S, and workplace discipline.
- Train and motivate supervisors and operators.
- Ensure on-time delivery while meeting cost and quality objectives.
