- Create a time and action calendar for all center production
- Prepare product wise, purpose wise, and delivery date wise daily production reports
- Generate section wise loading report
- Prepare reports on billing, billing projection, and purpose-wise billing status as need basis
- Prepare job closing report, as and when required
- Prepare category wise staff and workers report
- Prepare reports on current & non-current stock, raw materials, work in process, and accessories
- Prepare reports on performance and bonus of each sub-center and its in-charge
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
- Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
- Experience: At least 1 year
- Education: bachelor of business administration in management information systems (mis)
- Skills: safety culture development, safety policy development, safety committee coordination, safeguarding adults, safety culture, security awareness training, warehouse safety, security awareness programs, responsibilities, safety management
