- Identify new products, first-time molecules, and line extension opportunities, and coordinate launch activities.
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive business growth.
- Coordinate with regional teams to improve prescriptions, sales, and new doctor development.
- Monitor campaign doctors and ensure effective follow-up activities.
- Analyze sales and stock data to forecast shortages and take timely corrective actions.
- Ensure timely availability of promotional materials in coordination with DTP, Commercial, Distribution and other relevant teams.
- Evaluate sales and 4P performance and conduct monthly regional conferences and doctor visits.
- Experience: 7+ years
