- Independently investigate, manage, and resolve client complaints, quality issues, and inspection-related disputes.
- Lead and monitor inspection activities for textile, apparel, footwear, and related inspectors and products.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 requirements and company quality management systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to inspectors and inspection coordinators.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues and client complaints.
- Deliver technical training, coaching, and competency development programs for inspection staff.
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding inspection findings, corrective actions, and service requirements.
- Participate in internal audits, management reviews, and accreditation assessments.
- Monitor inspector performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: textile inspection, quality inspection, knowledge of quality control, inspection techniques, quality control, internal investigations, mechanical inspection, equipment inspection, textile testing
