- Monitor e-GP, government, NGO & corporate tenders and identify relevant opportunities.
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility, scope and prepare complete compliant submissions.
- Prepare BOQ, pricing, cost analysis & commercial proposals.
- Develop competitive pricing based on cost, margin, risk & competitor analysis.
- Coordinate tender submission, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, negotiations & follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with government officials, procurement teams & institutional clients.
- Coordinate awarded contracts, ensuring proper execution, delivery & compliance.
- Maintain tender records, prepare management reports, and analyze win/loss performance.
- Visit government offices, NGOs, Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, Hotels and other organizations on regular basis.
- Experience: 3 years
