To strengthen our Construction Chemicals & Coatings business in Bangladesh, we are looking for an Assistant Manager with strong technical knowledge, sales skills, and a passion for developing customer relationships.

# Key Responsibilities

·      Develop sales of construction chemicals and coating additives in Bangladesh

·      Achieve annual sales budget

·      Manage and grow existing customers and distributor relationships

·      Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities

·      Build a strong customer network in the construction chemicals and coatings industry

·      Provide technical support and recommend suitable products to customers

·      Conduct Customer visits, product presentations

·      Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities

·      Prepare regular sales reports and share updates with management

·      Support the development of new products and local market strategies

·      Represent and strengthen the *RUDOLF brand* in the Bangladesh market

#What We’re Looking For

·      Bachelor’s and master’s degrees in chemistry, Applied Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

·      3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical sales, preferably in construction chemicals, coatings, paints, plasters, or building materials

·      Good technical understanding of construction chemicals and coating additives

·      Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills

·      Good understanding of the Bangladesh construction chemicals and coatings market

·      Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development

·      Good command of English

·      Strong MS Office and reporting skills

·      Self-motivated, organized, and results oriented

·      Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
