Assistant Manager / Team Lead
Job Description
- Lead and supervise the International Sourcing & B2B Sales team.
- Source steel, machinery, equipment, spare parts and industrial products from China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, India and other countries.
- Research and verify suppliers; collect quotations, specifications, catalogues, certificates, photos/videos and samples.
- Negotiate price, MOQ, payment terms, lead time and delivery conditions.
- Handle FOB/CFR/CIF and landed-cost calculations.
- Review PI, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, MTC and other import documents.
- Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, shipping lines and C&F agents.
- Manage B2B sales to importers, traders, wholesalers, manufacturers and industrial buyers.
- Set team targets, monitor CRM/ClickUp and prepare regular reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Management, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing, import, procurement, supplier development or B2B/industrial sales.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of LC, TT, Incoterms and import documentation.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets, CRM/ClickUp and digital workflow skills.
- Knowledge of steel/industrial products will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical and team management skills.
Salary: BDT 35,000–50,000/month + Sales & Performance Incentives
