- Establish and maintain optimum inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management to support business operations.
- Manage purchasing and ordering procedures in line with company policies while maintaining cost efficiency and departmental profitability.
- Verify all incoming parts for quality, quantity, conformity, specifications, and price, and arrange returns or credit/insurance claims for defective or non-conforming parts.
- Manage the daily operations of the Warranty Department, including warranty claims and coordination with Service, Product Support, Sales, and other relevant departments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly parts reports, including stock levels, parts consumption, sales performance, inventory movement, and sales targets.
- Monitor warehouse operations to ensure proper, safe, and systematic storage of parts and effective utilization of warehouse space.
- Coordinate with Production and Dispatch Departments to ensure timely availability and delivery of required parts and materials.
- Conduct local purchases in accordance with approved purchasing policies and ensure proper receiving, documentation, and storage of purchased materials.
- Participate in Parts Management Training, obtain required certifications, and continuously improve knowledge of parts, warranty processes, pricing, and quality standards.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability, and perform any other duties assigned by Management.
- Experience: 6 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: warehouse operations, supply management, warehouse management, supplier management, purchase management, knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment maintenance
