- Ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and order follow-ups.
- Monitor dealer activity and support visibility, branding, and schemes.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch and order closure.
- Gather and report market intelligence and competitor activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing, and collections in line with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans focused on dealer network growth.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned territories.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and finance for order fulfillment.
- Organize dealer training programs, promotional campaigns, and incentive schemes.
- Review and approve dealer credit and payment status in coordination with finance.
