- Ensure smooth and regular sales operations at the showroom and coordinate all sales-related activities effectively.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify and assess potential dealers and retail electrical outlets.
- Develop and appoint new dealers within the assigned territory.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
- Maintain regular communication with dealers and build strong relationships to increase sales.
- Monitor dealer activities and provide necessary support to improve business performance.
- Analyze market demand and customer requirements and report findings to management.
- Take appropriate initiatives to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from dealers.
- Update collection information in the software and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product supply.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting Head.
- Continuously strive to achieve the company’s sales and collection targets and contribute to overall sales growth and business development.
- Experience: 4-5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in marketing
