We are hiring a target-driven Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing to drive property sales, generate leads, and manage client relationships for our residential & commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate & convert leads through field visits, referrals, calls & digital platforms
- Conduct client meetings, site visits & property presentations
- Negotiate pricing & close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Maintain CRM updates & sales pipeline reports
- Coordinate booking, documentation & handover processes
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Education:
