- Achieved individual and team sales targets for residential or commercial projects.
- Identify potential buyers, generate leads, and build long-term relations with HNWIs or corporate clients.
- Arrange and conduct professional property site visits for prospective clients.
- Plan and execute innovative marketing strategies (both digital and offline) to attract buyers.
- Monitor and guide the executive sales team to improve their daily performance.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitor projects, pricing, and market trends.
- Handle client negotiations smoothly and close sales deals successfully.
- Prepare Daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present revenue updates to senior management.
- Manage booking documentations, payment schedules, and client queries professionally.
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Education: master of business administration in real estate
