Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the overall day-to-day travel operations of Motion Fly Travel Agency.
- Ensure the smooth and timely execution of air ticketing, reservations, visa services, hotel bookings, tour packages and other travel arrangements.
- Supervise and monitor the overall activities and performance of the operations team.
- Guide and support team members to ensure customer requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with airlines, GDS/consolidators, hotels, tour operators, DMCs and other travel service providers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, corporate clients and travel partners.
- Support business development by identifying new customers and corporate travel opportunities.
- Visit potential corporate clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Promote air tickets, visa services, hotel reservations, tour packages and other travel-related services.
- Prepare, review and negotiate quotations and proposals for individual and corporate clients.
- Follow up with customers and potential clients to convert inquiries into business.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding customer payments, invoices, outstanding amounts and supplier payments.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads and customer inquiries.
- Monitor pending bookings, customer requirements and operational issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Handle important customers and escalated operational or service-related issues when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and business performance reports for management.
- Keep management informed about market opportunities, customer feedback, supplier issues and operational challenges.
- Contribute ideas for developing new travel packages, corporate travel solutions and other business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to increase Motion Fly's sales and customer base.
- Ensure professional service standards are maintained across all customer interactions.
- Ensure proper coordination between Operations, Accounts, Admin and Digital Marketing teams.
- Maintain necessary operational records and documentation.
- Perform any other travel operations, business development and related responsibilities assigned by management.
