- Maintain supporting infrastructure servers and collaborate with the System Administration team on troubleshooting and system enhancement initiatives.
- Ability to prepare and maintain comprehensive Network Documentation (Network Book), including logical configurations, IP plans, VLANs, routing, interface mapping, topology diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience coordinating with vendors, IIGs, and internal teams.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot POP (Point of Presence) infrastructure.
- Willingness to provide on-call support and ensure high network availability.
- Improve overall service delivery efficiency and reduce support response and resolution time.
- Enable proactive and planned support to minimize service disruptions, reduce customer churn, and increase revenue through improved customer retention.
- Streamline customer onboarding through standardized processes and accurate network information.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive network documentation (Network Book), including IP addressing, VLAN details, router and switch information, interface mapping, topology, and logical configurations.
- Enhance network planning, scalability, operational efficiency, and knowledge sharing across technical teams.
- Experience: 7-10 years
- Education: bachelor of science in computer science and engineering (cse)
- Skills: computer network operations, network engineering, it support, it infrastructure management, it operations, it infrastructure, network infrastructure, network administration, nortel certified support
