- Identify new business opportunities with apparel buying houses, retail brands, and direct garments manufacturers.
- Engage potential clients to present the textile division's product capabilities and fabric innovations.
- Conduct needs analyses to capture customer fabric specifications, GSM, and construction requirements.
- Forecast future sales by analyzing historical order data and garment market trends.
- Monitor production reports and factory capacities to guarantee on-time shipment fulfillment.
- Collaborate with Commercial departments to track shipping documents, logistics, and export customs workflows.
- Track financial milestones to ensure timely Letter of Credit openings, bank acceptances, and payments.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding fabric quality, shade variance, or delivery delays promptly.
- Prepare performance reports highlighting target achievement percentages and current order pipelines.
- Present development plans for new textile products and seasonal collections to senior management.
- Execute special tasks assigned by executive leadership to support divisional goals.
- Lead team members by hiring, mentoring, and managing the daily performance of assistant managers.
- Develop marketing strategies and budget allocations aligned with corporate textile division objectives.
- Approve price margins and credit limits for new buyers during contract negotiations.
- Formulate long-term partnerships with international buyers and top-tier global apparel.
- Experience: 8 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: textile industry knowledge, garment manufacturing, textile industry, garment industry knowledge, technical knowledge of garment production, textile engineering, textile knowledge, garment production, textile design, textile technology
