চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ (Job Responsibilities)
- প্রেসক্রিপশন অনুযায়ী সঠিকভাবে ওষুধ প্রস্তুত ও সরবরাহ করা।
- গ্রাহকদের ওষুধ, স্বাস্থ্যসেবা পণ্য ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় পণ্য সম্পর্কে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করা।
- ওষুধের নাম, ডোজ, ব্যবহারের নিয়ম ও সতর্কতা সম্পর্কে প্রাথমিক ধারণা প্রদান করা।
- প্রেসক্রিপশন ও ওষুধ দেওয়ার সময় অত্যন্ত সতর্কতার সাথে তথ্য যাচাই করা।
- ফার্মেসির সকল ওষুধ ও পণ্য সঠিকভাবে সাজানো, সংরক্ষণ ও ব্যবস্থাপনা করা।
- নিয়মিত ওষুধের স্টক, মজুদ এবং পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
- মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ (Expired) ওষুধ ও পণ্য নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করে আলাদা করে রাখা।
- নতুন পণ্য/ওষুধ গ্রহণের সময় সঠিকভাবে পরিমাণ ও পণ্যের তথ্য যাচাই করা।
- স্টক ইন ও স্টক আউটের সঠিক হিসাব রাখা এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ইনভেন্টরি আপডেট করা।
- ফার্মেসির পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা, শৃঙ্খলা ও স্বাস্থ্যসম্মত পরিবেশ নিশ্চিত করা।
- গ্রাহকদের সাথে ভদ্র, আন্তরিক ও পেশাদার আচরণ করা এবং তাদের প্রশ্নের যথাযথভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া।
- POS/কম্পিউটার সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে বিক্রয় ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সঠিকভাবে রেকর্ড করা।
- প্রতিদিনের বিক্রয়, স্টক ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় রিপোর্ট তৈরিতে সহযোগিতা করা।
- ফার্মেসির সকল নিয়ম, নীতিমালা এবং প্রযোজ্য আইন ও নির্দেশনা যথাযথভাবে মেনে চলা।
- ফার্মেসির দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম সুষ্ঠুভাবে পরিচালনায় ম্যানেজমেন্ট ও অন্যান্য টিম মেম্বারদের সহযোগিতা করা।
- গ্রাহকসেবা উন্নত করা এবং ShasthoCare Pharmacy-এর মান ও সুনাম বজায় রাখতে দায়িত্বশীল ভূমিকা পালন করা।
- ম্যানেজমেন্ট কর্তৃক অর্পিত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক দায়িত্ব যথাযথভাবে পালন করা।
- অফিস/ফার্মেসিতে সরাসরি উপস্থিত থেকে কাজ করতে হবে (On-site)
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Education: bachelor of pharmacy (b.pharm.)
- Skills: pharmacy operations, pharmacy sales, pharmacy knowledge, retail experience
