- Solid Experience on Freight Forwarding Line for Import & Export Operation as CRM for Air & Sea shipment.
- Pricing on Import & Export Operation for Air & Sea shipment.
- Agent Developing.
- Documentation process and execution on Air & Sea Import & Export shipment
- Be focused and obtain necessary completion of task within the specified time frame.
- Data Entry (As Per Company System)
- Customer Service (Container un-load info, Cargo Position Carrier info etc.)
- Internal Mail communication- Arrival notice, Collecting & Sending Co-load doc's (Local & Overseas forwarder)
- Create Invoice & Costing in system.
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Education:
- Skills: freight forwarding, import/export operations, ocean freight, crm software knowledge, back office operations, import logistics, freight brokerage, international shipping knowledge, import operations
