Assistant Manager – Finance

Salary Range: Up to BDT 2,00,000 (Will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience)

Industry: Multinational (Paint, FMCG), Group of Companies

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.

• Analyze financial data and provide actionable business insights.

• Perform cost analysis and support cost control and inventory management.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting through ERP and business systems.

• Support accounting, credit control and continuous improvement of finance processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, BBA or related discipline.

• ACCA, ACMA or MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

• Strong financial analysis, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP skills.

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
