- Supervise and manage daily F&B Service operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain high service standards.
- Lead, guide, and monitor F&B Service staff performance.
- Prepare duty rosters, assign stations, and conduct daily briefings.
- Monitor restaurant, banquet, room service and other F&B outlets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and key business accounts.
- Conduct regular sales visits to corporate offices, organizations, and potential clients to generate banquet and event business.
- Identify new business opportunities for conferences, meetings, weddings, corporate events and social functions.
- Follow up with corporate clients and potential customers regarding banquet inquiries and proposals.
- Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to generate and convert banquet leads.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth execution of banquets, conferences, meetings, and special events.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure effective service recovery.
- Promote F&B products, promotions, and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and safety standards.
- Control breakage, wastage, and operating supplies.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, Sales, and other departments.
- Assist in inventory and stock-taking activities.
- Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for service staff.
- Prepare daily operational reports and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs and departmental standards.
- Assist the F&B Manager in achieving revenue, banquet sales, guest satisfaction and operational targets.
