Location: Gazipur

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for Plant equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime.
• Keep records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the factory.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the dyeing processes and equipment.
• Develop strategies to minimize water and energy consumption while adhering to environmental regulations
• Oversee the electrical systems of dyeing machinery, including control panels, sensors, and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure proper grounding and safety measures.
• Implement automation and control solutions to enhance process efficiency and reduce human error.
• Maintain and repair dyeing machinery, pumps, agitators, and heat exchangers.
• Design modifications or improvements to equipment for better efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with supply chain to source and install new equipment.
• Oversee operation of Generator, Compressor, Boiler, Switchgear and protective devices in substation 
• Oversee operation of ETP & WTP system 

Requirements:

• B.Sc Engineering- Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical from any reputed university.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Experience in dyeing and finishing will be given preference
