Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager position located in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate across teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes in line with company goals. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring project deadlines are met, addressing and resolving operational challenges, evaluating processes for efficiency improvements, and supporting the team in fulfilling client expectations. Collaboration and the ability to lead projects effectively are essential to succeeding in this role.
