Business Partnering
- Act as Finance Business Partner to Selective Business
- Work closely with Business Heads to improve sales, profitability, EBITDA, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
- Monitor business-wise financial and operational KPIs.
- Provide timely financial insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Identify financial risks, performance gaps, cost leakages, and opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for the assigned businesses.
- Monitor Budget vs. Actual performance and identify significant variances.
- Work with Business Heads to develop corrective actions for unfavorable variances.
- Ensure business plans are financially viable and aligned with Group objectives.
- Review product costing, gross contribution, net contribution, EBITDA, and profitability.
- Monitor major cost drivers and recommend cost optimization opportunities.
- Review pricing, discounts, promotional expenses, procurement costs, and other key financial drivers.
- Support Business Heads in improving margins and profitability.
- Monitor receivables, inventory, payables, OD/COD, and cash conversion.
- Work with Business Heads to improve collection efficiency and working capital utilization.
- Identify opportunities to reduce working capital requirements without affecting business continuity.
- Monitor business-wise cash flow requirements and provide recommendations.
- Provide financial analysis for new investments, projects, products, pricing decisions, capital expenditure, and other major business proposals.
- Evaluate financial implications and return on investment of significant business decisions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to Business Heads and management.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: master of business administration in accounting
- Skills: financial-analysis, corporate finance, small business financial management, strong business acumen, financial analysis & reporting, business planning, budgeting and financial management, financial management, finance management
